Outlook *.msg viewer VB.NET

Need to create: 1 x Windows Forms application (VB.NET, VS2008) and 1 x ASP.NET (VB, VS2010) (identical to winforms above) to: - view Microsoft Outlook (2003, 2007, 2010) *.msg files. - print preview & print message (to an installed printer) 1- Must view HTML content from *.msg files (high fidelty, with signatures & images as with Outlook) 2- Must be able to extract & save attachements within to a local folder (so they can be opened in user's appropriate software, e.g. *.doc are opened in MS Word if installed, etc). 3- MUST NOT use MS Outlook as reference or any 3rd Party references.
