I have a Word2000 document that is being developed for a curriculum. There is to be a Teacher's and Student's version. Most pages in this document have five text boxes of identitcal design (e.g., 'Key Concepts' box, 'Questions' box., etc.) For the Student's version I need to either delete the text in some of the boxes and/or rename the title of some text boxes (e.g., erase the text in the 'Teacher's Strategy' box and rename it 'Student's Notes' or something). The macro would (1) loop through each page of the document looking for the five standard text boxes on each page (always arranged in the same way on each page they appear on) (2) Delete the text (but not the title) in some text boxes (always the same ones) (3)delete the text AND/OR rename the title of a designated text box (always the same ones) and (4) delete any pages where all five text boxes may not appear. I would be happy to send you a sample document document with the appropriate text boxes and indicate which ones need text deleted or renamed.
