Build a Social Network

Hi = We are looking to build a social network, and have very tight deadlines. This is also going to be a trial project, so we would need to have someone/group who knows what he/she/they are doing - must have good command of English, and not be hard to communicate or get in touch with. Social network would resemble Facebook, but with fewer/different tools/applications. Must be able to get edited, or grow when time comes please.
