Business analysis and detailed design document needed

I am sorry to post this project again. The last one have wrong budget wrong. I do not know why it happened. I need a detailed design document for a online job hunting website. If you have done something similar or good at technical writing, detailed design document writing and flow chart creating then please show me your sample works. What you need is carefully study those sites, analyze the business rules and workflow then come up with your own idea and write it down with flow chart and details writing for each screen.
