Mambo import of article data

I need an Excel, CSV, or Access formatted data file imported into a Mambo articles database. A sample file can be emailed if you need it. I can have the file in whichever format is easier. The file corresponds to standard Mambo article data fields. The date needs to be put in proper format and placed in the override creation date field. The sections and categories are numbered according to the numbers in the Mambo site and can be numeric or contain the field and section names, whichever is easier to program. Only other issue is the detailed description field contains html paragraph tags and paragraph formatting must be maintained. All article attributes and parameters should be the same as the 5 sample articles already in the Mambo database. Program should allow for any new data to be appended.
