modify the Dolphine Social network Template from LTR to RTL for (rtl language)

I need some one to be able to modify my website template which uses Dolphine 7.0.9 social networking, from LTR to RTL (for right to left language support). I needsome one to be able to do it very good and with out any problems and completed. I am gona use Persian (farsi) language for my site so having it complete RTL is very important. needs to be done fully (all menus, contents, forms etc) .
