Need: Web Designer/Developer Specializing Wordpress

I need to hire a web developer who is familiar with wordpress and creating wordpress themes and child themes. I have a 4 child themes in PSD (1 index page for each) that need to be converted to html/css and then into a child theme. Since the theme framework is already designed mainly the stylesheet needs to be created for the child theme and slicing the images from the PSD. I have partially created the 4 child themes so some work has already been done. There will be some filtering from the framework to the child theme so you must be familiar with hooks, filters and the wordpress code. The final product will be 4 working child themes in wordpress from the PSD designs. Let me know your hourly rate for this type of work. I will need to see example of child themes and wordpress themes you have created and you must have a positive feedback rating.
