PHP to query 2 MYSQL databases and report

I need php code that connects to two mysql databases and queries the 2 databases by LOCATION_ID and report back the data from both databases based on LOCATION_ID within an html page. As of now, the LOCATION_ID is 1 and can be hard coded. The user should be able to query by DAYTIME or ZONE. They should also be able to enter a STARTTIME which is defined as DATETIME, so what I need is an option to query 2 databases based on LOCATION_ID by either DAYTIME, ZONE or STARTTIME and report back 14 fields. I need it today and it's a pretty simple project and i'll provide the database info once bid is accepted, BUT I need it today without any delays. I need the html/php code only and i'll be running the test with my client.
