Simple reddit style website with voting system

I need someone to help me build a very simple website. I already have purchased the domain and hosted it on [login to view URL], now I need someone to build the website with the fuctionality I need. It will be a webpage similar in style to reddit with main forums to post to. Users will vote on the threads and the most voted on ones will rise to the top of the front page. All posting/voting is anonymous but someone has to create an account to comment. I'll explain in more detail after we get into contact. Website should not be difficult to set up, I know most of the tools for a page like this already exist, I'm just not versed in coding and cannot do the groundwork myself.
