Simple Social Networking Website

PSD Files are ready to go. I need a simple social networking website completed. There is a Home Page, Sign-Up Page, Profile Page, Photo Upload Page and Photo Page (Gallery for each user). Would need to integrate the ability for users to make comments on each other's photos. We would like to integrate tagging as well. You would need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for this Website and before viewing the PSD files. All of these PSD pages are very simplified. Please note that this needs to be completed by August 1st. If you can't meet that deadline, please don't bid. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at completion unless we make a different payment arrangement. Since we want to integrate many more features down the road we may be able to employ you again to help with those as well. If budget is over $500 we will need to make more detailed payment arrangements spanning a little bit longer. Have plenty of references. The "design" is done. Just need it turned into code. PHP/MySQL or RoR is acceptable! Obviously you need to know HTML/CSS so you can integrate the PSD files. You're welcome to use an open source platform but, need approval first...WP and Joomla don't cut it... Thanks!
