Template Monster ported to Wordpress

I have a template monster design that is table based. I want 2 pages of it ported over to work as a theme for wordpress 2.2. The theme must have dynamic sidebars as per my instructions and be widget ready. This is an urgent project and must be finished today. The template has a flash header that has already been modified. All that is needed is the porting of the template into a wordpress theme and this must be done immediately. The theme must be cross browser compatible as well. If you think changing the layout to a CSS based layout will serve better, so be it. The most skilled, highest rated freelancer that can finish this today will be awarded the project.
