Upgrade Existing Website/Cart To Meet WEB and Mobile Requirements

Dear Sirs, We are looking for someone to upgrade our existing website [login to view URL] that has been running since 2006 in its present form and has been very successful in its ability to attract business over the years! The website allows people/businesses to upload there photos and purchase photo enlargements in the form of glossy prints, traditional framed prints, canvas prints and posters and also quality check the size of print they can achieve and then select size of print required. We are looking for someone with excellent artistic flair/abilities who can create a crisp, modern looking website that will attract clients and increase business/sales. The new website is to work on both WEB and mobile iphone, ipad and iphone platforms. Our new test/design site is [login to view URL] where we have also just carried out Phase 1 of the works and have have just implemented a new upload and online photo editor based on Aviary.com. The specification of work is as follows: a) Produce multiple draft layouts of proposed website design templates, for which we are to agree on, as the basis for the redesign of the website to proceed. b) Produce all new specific artwork relating to the products we sell, product images to give 3D depth and not simple front view E.g. Canvas prints to show multiple edges. c) Include all text on the site. d) New website is to work on both WEB and mobile iphone, ipad and Andriod platforms. e) New website is to include for launching both the Aviary WEB and Mobile upload and photo editing applications. f) The existing photo quality checking and cart code is to be reused but the graphical look is to be modified in keeping with the new site (modify the code where required for mobile version). Note - we would be open to consider other equally as good replacement photo checking/cart code options if offered and agreed. g) Allow for providing a minimum of 12 static pages for both WEB and mobile versions, including upgrade of photo quality checking and cart pages. h) The new website pages are to be SEO optimized. (New pages MUST NOT LOWER THE CURRENT RANKINGS OF THE .[login to view URL] version main search engine key words E.g. photo enlarging, photo enlargement and photo enlargements, etc!). i) Pages should have versatile areas where advertising banners can be changed on a regular basis and located in the correct marketing areas for maximum viewing catchment. j) The navigation of the website should be simple E.g. easy to select and move from one page to another. k) The website is to be optimized for social media, including Facebook, flicker, Twitter and Google + l) The website is to have a clear ability engage clients to navigate through the website and upload photos and try the photo editing features. m) The web designer must have the ability to integrate new ideas and concepts into the website. n) The website is to work across all web browsers without error or loss of information. o) The works is to be carried out in 2 sections:- 1) WEB version to be fully completed and made operational 2) Mobile versions to be fully implemented With Milestone payments being made for items 1 and 2 on completion of each.
