Visually appealing dating website

Hello, i am looking for a reputable web designer to help me build my dating website. My dating website will be for a niche asian women <> foreign men market. Please read very carefully about the following visions and key features i wish for my site... *I would like it to be a modern web 2.0 styled dating site (take a look at [login to view URL] for an idea of the web2.0 look i'd like to achieve) A clean, fresh, rich colored, easy to use site is vital. It must be a very visually appealing website on every single page *I have already chosen the color themes i desire for the site as well as a logo (a mock up of a template i done will be supplied to the chosen bidder so we can collaborate on expected look of the site) *There will be no fancy features eg algorithms matching people. My site will have a strong focus on ease of use for a few features rather than been overly rich in features. * Basic dating site features like profiles, photo uploading, sending interest and favouriting other members, messaging, search and privacy controls are of course needed * The following list of site features are vital to my vision.... 1- Completely free for female members which means full functionality including messaging, commenting, chat etc 2- Membership options for Male members to access full functionality. Standard non paying male members have strict limits eg only been able to send one message per 10 minutes and not been able to see certain activity on their profiles 3- Ability for members to post 'status updates' which gets posted to a member wide news feed (which they can filter) 4- Point system where members acquire points by been active on the site and completing some tasks eg completing their profile, uploading photos, commentating on photos, referring new members, upgrading their membership etc 5- A virtual gift shop which enables members to use their points to purchase virtual gifts, eg flowers, to send to another member 6- Photo contests eg cutest pet, nicest car, best bikini body 7- Facebook style chat eg bottom right hand corner popup boxes (available to females and paying male members only) 8- Ease of admin tools to monitor, edit and update the site and it's users and activity 9- Event page for members to create events and invite members 10- A thai language version of the website 11- A focus on ensuring that non paying male members can initiate some contact with females but it's limited to encourage them to upgrade to a a paid membership My conditions for selecting a desirable bidder are as follows... * You must have experience in building a dating site before. No script software jobs. web 2.0 experience, knowledge and appreciation is a must too. bidders who can direct me to some working and visually appealing dating and web 2.0 sites they built will be top of my list. * I expect this job to be in the $500-$1500 range mark. I think considering the focus on ease of use and appearance over richness of features that this would be a medium sized project for a good developer. * I will provide you with some mock ups of the sites look and feel as well as the sites logo i have designed. Whilst i welcome and encourage developer input and advice i would at the very least like to stick to the color theme i have chosen The contract terms will be as followed. 30% starting payment after agreement on template 40% middle payment after website is built and tested 30% final payment after site is live I'd rather be asked a thousand questions and get every feature of the site right then be left alone and have you skew far from my original vision for the site.
