Database to take orders from phone and import auto from store

I had a Microsoft Access data base created for my company Christian Brothers.? The products we sell are at [login to view URL] ? It needs to take the orders, look up old transaction and orders and make life simple in our retail sales department.? Included and extra may be the store and the connection of the store to the back and front ends.? If you feel that Access can do the job then the designer is more than welcome to use Microsoft access.? Maybe the designer thinks quickbooks or maybe the designer knows of a program already created that you can help us implement. Right now I am using Multi level marketing software to take the orders and the online orders are comp[letely separate and have to separtely be re-inputed into the database.
