Remote Desktop Teamviewer/GotoAssist clone (repost again)

I need a clone of the gotoassist ([login to view URL]) programs. Clients will goto a website, type in a "Session ID" number and a "Session Password". After the connection is accepted, IT Supporter will be able to control client computers. This must be java-based so that it can work within any browser that supports Java and include full source (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape). Instead of going into a website a link could also be pasted into an IM like MSN/Skype or YM etc. The support staff then have an application which runs on their machine that allows them to view and control the clients PC. the [login to view URL] site acts as an intermidiary passing the data between client and support staff. We need a product with the same type of functionality. This bid have to not only include functionality for Remote Desktop(gotoassist clone) but also design and development of ASP.NET (C# 2.0) Website where it is possible to manage accounts and clients login. Host access and accounts. A workflow will be send to the winning bidder and must have had experience with this kind of development before and can show 100% working examples of what they did. Needed functionalities: 1) Remote desktop (remote all, not just view!!!) 2) Speed of remote desktop and ability to disable wall paper, amount of colors etc. 3) clipboard transfer 4) file transfer Winning will be based on 1) Remote desktop capabilities 2) Demo of previous jobs 3) Gui on host and client side 4) Ease of use on website 5) RAC Rating Any bidder with a low RAC score do not need to bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
