We're looking for a partner for the building of 10 sites

Hello, my name is Omar Gourari. I'm the Ceo of a recently born startup. We are a web design firm and we're looking for a partner for the web developping area. A versatile and truly openminded developer is what we prefer to work with. The project will start with the building of 10 sites. Our partner should easily manage each of these languages (PHP, HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET, JAVA/J2EE, XHTML/CSS, C ,C++, C#, VISUAL BASIC, AJAX); can easily work on templates for Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress and can guarantee and easy, simple and fast way of communicate with us - we're able to be in touch with mail and skype almost 8 hours a day 7 days a week (italian daytime) -. If your a company we prefer to get in touch with just one person. We're able to build some documents including all the informations to maximize developper work and get faster accompliance. We'll send you for each site a .pdf file for the graphic items so you can easily cut them and arrange them. Just the 20% of our clients has some particular needs about the cms holding their site (it could be drupal, joomla, wordpress or the one you're most familiar with). For the rest 80% we'd like to use the cheapest way to develop a website. We don't need graphic work, maintenance and hosting services. Thanks
