PHP coding

I need a php script to do the following: I do not need design work. Here is how the site will work. Click here to see the concept page. [login to view URL] 1. Step 1 (One) A person will enter their email and be forced to confirm it. Spam emails will not be allowed. IE [login to view URL] etc. then they move on to step 2 2. Step 2 (Two) After confirmation they will return to the page and be forced to recommend two other people. These people will receive a message that can be edited by me. It will say something along the lines of. "Your friend needs you to register to this site. Please help them out. Your email will not be sold or spammed. You must be at least 18 to enter the site. The site does not contain adult content" Something like that for now, but I want to be able to change it later. 3. Step 3 (Three) The person will receive an email that will allow them to access the social networking site ONLY AFTER two people have confirmed their email AND 30 Days have passed. 4. Install a free open source social networking site that functions like one of the more popular ones. You will install the referral script within that site. Under their profile page you will need to create a field near the top. It will list how many people they have directly referred, next to that it will have the total amount of people that have signed up below everyone else. There should be a dollar amount that I can assigned to the people referred. Right now, please default this number as $1.00. I should be able to change this later. Here is an example. Welcome Joe (You have refereed 2 people) total below your refereed people is 234. Your total estimated income is $234.00 per month. They should be able to click on the 2 people and see them as friends. It should operate like an MLM script, except it will just count referrals and assigned each of them a dollar amount. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
