Website Design Project

Hi I want to get a website designed and a very simple backend. I want to use features like:- 1) Subscribe. (people can register and subscribe to my emag.) 2) Tell your friends. (people can inform their entire contact list about my website, Here we will need some contact grabber which can work with almost every webmail.) 3) Page Flip gallery. 4) Ad management system. 5) Integration of email marketing software. 6) A wordpress blog. (I can provide you with templates.) I am a graphic designer myself. So I will be working on the graphics for this website. I will also provide psd of the web layout from which you can develop the website. I need the following qualities in the webdeveloper: 1) Knowledge of latest open source technologies. 2) Very good experience and understanding of css and php. 3) Who can work with me seamlessly and complete this project ON TIME. My website has approximately 8-10pages including terms and privacy policy. The website should be very easy to update. I will also need a lot of suggestions on many aspects of my website from my developer. I will escrow only 50% of the total amount of the project and I will GIVE PREFERENCE TO LOW BIDDERS as I am tight on both budget and time. Thanks.
