Need little script that uses an api from electronicpromo dot net to check validity. Also require script that is run on bins dot pro. Will need these 2 services wrapped into a CMS/WP site that has a topup feature for bitcoin and credit system for users to purchase credits, login/register is a must, top-up feature needs to be instant and while user waits.
