Additions / Changes to my website

For my site: in development stage, unfinished by another freelancer. I need the following asap: 1- fix small issues, such as fonts and the orders of modules in home page. 2- fix search button module to make sure it gives complete and accurate reports 3- add a module on a new page as "automated products price request form", where customer picks from a complete list of all products and fillout the rest of the form to send me an email for getting a quote on all items he's selected on this quote request form. I can buy a module for point 2 & 3 if needed. Provide 1-2 hours training on how to use the admin cPanel and then publish the develop site LIVE. This project MUST BE COMPLETED in 2 days (i.e. BY TOMORROW)! or do not bid. I am only ready to pay between $30-$100 for this project, as it should only take 4-6 hours to complete You will be working on development site offline. This development was done as responsive version of my live site. Just last few changes were not completed by the previous freelancer, so we still did not put it live yet.
