Build a Multi Vendor Store

I am expecting something like this. To create a multi-vendor website like so many vendors can sign up on our site on subscription basis or commission basis and they can list their services they offer. We should allow them to receive payments via PayPal, Skrill or Bank (Offline) and once the vendor receives the payment, automatically the respective client's credit should get updated. Example: If a customer pays him $100, his credit should get update as 100 and he can utilize them for services that the vendor is offering. Only for Offline payments, the process will change. In other words, I will be the main admin of the site, either vendor can have an admin panel to manage orders and push them to his supplier's site via API or manual process the order. End user will be placing orders on my site. Mainly we are interested in developing option 2. Ideally, I would like to include the following on the front end for customer. 1) A dashboard (number of available codes, pending orders, cancelled, in process etc.) 2) A statement option. How many credits got deducted for respective order. If there the order was cancelled, how many credits got credited back to customer’s account etc. 3) A support/contact ticket option 4) Automatically generated API to connect to other websites 5) Placing an order 6) Order history 7) Add funds The following to be included on the vendor portal. 1) A dashboard (manage clients, manager invoices, manager client group, manage settings). 2) Referring to item # 1 above, “MANAGE CLIENTS” > overview, edit profile, financial, prices and services, API to generate user API, view client’s statement and manage invoices).
