Need any automatic Log system for working time? For Ex: I use Hubstaff, this is a kind of same application which you are using. From my previous experience I think we should integrate the below features please check and let me know your thoughts on this. But I do not you award me the application right away without any discussion. Hope, you can take care of it accordingly. Admin: - Admin can create the users in the system. - Admin will be able to add projects (obviously tasks for these projects as well) and the budget according to user and projects. User will be ablt to set the maximum number of hours they want a member to be able to work in a week and the app will automatically prevent them from exceeding the limit. - User will be able to monitor the Work sheet of the users. There will be option to check these by weekly, monthly and yearly or by a specific date range. Employees: - When user will login to the sytem, they will be able to see their assigned project (s). They will select the project and it would start counting the time. - There will be an idle time. If user will go idle for few hours it would automatically stop the timer until user will resume it. - You can go for screenshot option as well. Where application will automatically collect the screenshots and will send to server for Admin monitoring. - Url Monitoring would be an advanced features, if you want to add. Hello, I understand that you want to build a system which will track the employees working hours daily and it will generate the payroll automatically by calculating total number of hours worked in 30 days. I am company owner and well understand this. We will develop this system for you. I will though not recommend joomla or wordpress as it's not best for custom system development. I will suggest to develop in Code Igniter framework of PHP. Its a MVC based very powerful and robust php framework. If you strongly want to have it in joomla or wordpress then we will develop a large plugin to have all required features on that. So that you can install the plugin in wordpress and avail all the benefits. The system will have multiple level of users with different access rights. Admin will have full access, we can create a access role for HR who can add employees, set hourly rates, schedule and other HR related jobs. Manager level users can login and assign tasks to employees. Employees will be able to login and log the hours they are working. They can review their assigned tasks. We will use mysql for database.
