- Our current website (about 40 pages in total) needs to be converted from flash - Text should be served strictly as text images (PNG) - Ideally, the text images would be generated dynamically each time text files are upgated (but this also can be done manually) - The pages are not to be scrollable (up / down / side to side) -- all content should always be visible without any scrolling --when browser windows is resized all content should automatically resize to fit - Some text has hyperlinks (portions of the text images would need to be hyperlinked) - Some text overlaps with images (text images would need to be placed in front of graphic images) - News section is fed from an .rss file - The html should be well documented to allow a person with limited skills to make minor changes after creation -- update images, update text, etc.
