Build a Website -- 2

I need a website for a restaurant to be build. The website needs to have these followings: Functional Requirements: 1. To build a dynamic user-friendly website which will allow the customers to see the menus and offers. 2. Enable customer to place takeaway orders quickly and efficiently through the system. 3. The system should be able to accept online orders and process online transaction. 4. Enable customer to reserve a table and be able to book the restaurant for private parties. 5. The system will have a sign up option for the customer to receive all the latest news and special offers. 6. The system will allow the customer to write a feedback about the food and the service provided. The website does not require to be published I just need only the code. The website needs to be build on ( HTML5 and CSS3 and PhP or javascript). I will provide the menu and the picture and all other information which will be required for the website. Requirements 1, 2, 4, 6 is a must and 3 and 5 will be optional. The website should be completed by end of March.
