Changes in current website and make it 100% Responsive

Hi I have an interactive form on current website that was created in Drupal ([login to view URL]) that I need to bring over to the new site([login to view URL]). I believe it is designed in java. The i would like this form to be created in wordpress so that in future the link can be changed occasionally. At the moment depending on the selection you will go to a new page on our site, the link for the form that is on another site. We are no longer going to taken them to that page and send them directed to link of the off-site in a new window to complete form. I have a new image for the female that we want to be changed from the current one to the new one which I will supply. We need the selection of Head/Arms to now have the arms as Body/Arms and take arms of Head selection. I will be able to provide the links that each selection will go to. I have installed Cart and need assistance with checking cart set up correctly. I think I have but need to test the payment gateways for Eway and Paypal correct Check that the mobile view is behaving correctly as 80% of our clientele view on ipads or mobiles so need to be easy to ready Create a checklist that we can use to ensure that everything is done ready to transferring over the old site Once we are ready to transfer site over assist with the transfer to ensure that we do not loose out search engine rankings with a new domain name. Set up the redirects for all necessary pages in the current site to the new [login to view URL] will be some that will not be needed in the new site. As I'm not sure what other things will be required until I progress through I have set a fixed price I just need someone who as I find little thing can check and fix. Thanks
