Chrome application

Hello i'm looking for some one who can make for me a google chrome application that will works with paypal , amazon , and ebay i'm selling on ebay so i need this app that can order automatic from amazon and send it to my customers on ebay and provide them trucking number automatic the system need to take the info from email this project will be my business so i need registration system and payment via paypal for other persons that will want to use this app... i need some one who know what im talking about and can build it for me please contact me
