We need this tool with the features they have. The main ones is adding different music files and layering them. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] User will upload 1 audio file and choose 3 from our system that are already uploaded. We will house all files on S3 and when the audio is saved it will save the file they uploaded to S3 and also save the output file when they save it Please make sure to look at the tool and what it does before you bid. No canned responses please. Please tell me what you can do and what programming language you need to do this in. I need to know if you have done something like this and any demo you can provide. If you have no clue about audio editing please do not bid.
