Codez en javascript du calcul pour un formulaire chronoformsV5

I need a javascript code to use over chronoforms, which will help to do calculation on form data, and send result by email. this is the need: 1- a form of roughly 25 questions using multipage (dropdown box, text, option... fields) 2- I have roughly 20 variables (in the form) 3- depending on the answer, the user who fill in the form will have a result (somme of the variables value) 4- based on this result of his answer, this result will be shown to him (4 kinds of result. Let say result1(if total of his value is between 0-5(included 5), result2 value is between 6-10(included), result3 (value is between 11-15(included 15), result4 (value is between 15-20(included 20) 5- results are stored in hidden field in order all datas to be saved into the database by chronoforms. 6- I do not need the javascript check if the user really check a box, as all field will be required (managed by chronoforms). But if the user change the value selected, the last value should be considered. 7- the use will see his result after finishing the test, but he will also received a file with the result by email (the form start with a contact info and email is also fill in) 8- the file should be formating using chronoforms variables, and thus being changed or adapted 9- all datas of a user should be saved into database (chronoforms manage that) The delivery will be : a chronoforms V5 file. I will just have to import it. I would like to have an estimate cost of this project, and duration. Thank you
