I am looking for someone who is experienced with writing Collaborative Filter Recommender systems. I have an app which uses an algorithm to choose a food recipe based partly on the parameters sent to the search engine but also using the ratings from other users. The algorithm should be self learning . A simplified version of the Netflix algorithm would be suitable. A simple search will return a list of possible matches according to the API specified in [login to view URL] From this list of search results a further filter will produce just 3 results using the intelligent algorithm.
