Combine 3 Different Joomla Templates into One

Hi Freelancers, We have a Joomla 3 site. The Joomla site has 3 different templates being loaded at different times. We need a freelancer to remove 2 of these templates and to ensure that the site continues to look the same; retains the module positions available etc. Removing the templates using the joomla backend results in the site looking slightly different so the freelancer will need to copy the relevant php and css codes from the deleted templates to ensure this does not happen. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail who can do a quick but good job. Thank you.
