Hi friend. I've seen your script, and compared with php mailer. Well phpMailer is used in most popular frameworks. There are many parameters in it. You do not need to create new. just use it. I've just simply added phpMailer to your script and it works properly. Also would like to mentioned that there could be php notices if some fields are not empty.
