Create a Template based upon existing 6.x version to be compliant for 7.x server Existing server is 6.x New server has been built (7.4.1) Migration of files and data has been performed You will be provided the existing 6.x template for the purposes of assisting with the design of the new template. You will be able to view the existing server on-line The new template must be optimized for access by mobile devices (Andriod/iOS/Windows Mobile) The new template must include a notice to accept cookies for EU compliance You will be expected to conform to best practices with respect to web site design, mobile accessibility, search engine access, security and Drupal compliance. Examples of previous work is required. Referees or contacts required to verify work was performed by yourself The design will be independently reviewed to ensure the above points have been addressed Payment schedule will be based upon results. Costs to be agreed in advance before project commences. Costs to be agreed in advance with respect to project variance.
