Hello, in order for users to search your website and the website to display the results on the same website design without third party search engines then PHP is a must to be used as to communicate with the website database and display the search results in the website. i have done alot of website with built in search engine from CMS sites like WordPress to Static/Dynamic sites using Html, Css, Javascript and PHP. I think i am the best one for this project because i have created multiple search engines berfore, my price is very low and I have the skills since you want me to only use html,css and jquery those language are the once i am better at working with.
