I am building a community-based website on Wordpress and need someone to build me a few plugins and do some things on my website. First of all I need a plugin that will allow users to "+1 or -1". These exist already, however I would need it to interact with my Userbase system, which will show on their profile (+20, or something similar). This plugin would also need to arrange posts into Top, rising, ect. (much like some out there). I may also need some help around the website with formatting and other things. I have many other ideas which I may need help programming so it may be re-occuring.
