Create custom web based software/ database

Looking for a complete overhaul to database for real estate auction company which auctions off properties and conducts inspections in FL and surrounding states. Project involves creating database, running sale schedules, employee login, interface with mobile application, create internal accounting system to pull information from database. Existing database is present along with examples. Goal of databse and site is to hav internal tracking system that displays sale schedule to public through searchable page. Web page design would also be necessary. DEVELOPER MUST BE ABLE TO MEET IN PERSON IN OR AROUND THE LAS VEGAS/ LOS ANGELES AREA. I can come to you, but to fully understand the project, a meeting/ brainstorming meeting will be required at least a few times.
