Creating a scrapper and data analytical tool

I already had a database containing more than a thousand stocks with a long range of data. the source website is [login to view URL] I want you to work on that, produce two outputs: 1. Build a scrapper to help me automatically update the database on a daily basis (no need to scrap data as I already had them, just make a scrapper for future update) 2. Build a analytical software for me to analyse the database. Very simple one as I dont it to be fancy. For this purpose I would like to have a simple analytical tool to give me the following: 1. top xyz shareholders' change of stockholdings over xyz days 2. top xyz shareholders' total change of stock holdings (simply the absolute value of the first requirement) over xyz days 3. a specific market participant's change in shareholdings (feed me back which stocks) over xyz days 4. change in total % shareholdings of all participants The above 4 searches will have the flexibility of choosing my own time period, % of shareholdings as threshold, the number of top shareholders and market participant (for requirement 3) all the outputs for each of the 4 searches should be stock tickers
