Design and Development of Payment Administration System

This is basically an application that will be integrated to a central processing switch connected to multiple payment banks in a country. Not to worry, the project is regulated and not in violation of any laws. The aim is to have this application serve as an internet banking platform that consolidates all users bank accounts into one singular hub. The user will be able to: 1. view all different bank account balances from this application, 2. transfer funds to beneficiaries (single or multi) instantly from any of the accounts. 3. set up repetitive payments process, amongst other internet banking functions. This application should have the capability to be integrated to other applications such as HR systems or user's enterprise AD, as such the well suited technology to be used for this application will be determined by developer (with justification for use of technology). And also must be scalable. The connection to be banks or central switch will be through apis that currently exists, as such the scope of work is more or less building the functionalities of the front end while the payment processing and account verification will be controlled by the integration to central switch. I consider this a very interesting project and will appreciate only those who have done similar projects to apply for this opening, as previous project demos will be required to assess competencies. No need for time wasting. Qualified developer be responsible for software architecture design and development, and will be maintained afterwards to support this application.
