Design software that prints name tags with QR code generator per delegate for multiple conferences. It can be in an Excel spreadsheet format or Access database. The delegate data will be downloaded in csv format from our database to populate the name tags. The tags need to include the following information: days attending (we usually colour code the days), special dietary requirements (we usually use a symbol or colour), first name, surname, organisation and then the unique QR code which we require for scanning as delegates enter sessions for quick attendance register generation.
