Fetch CREA DDF Feed data for Real Eatate Portal

The Canadian Real Estate Association offers a data feed for its members to display listings in their respective areas or across the country. This job is to create the php scripts to fetch the full dataset and post it to our MYSQL database and fetch the incremental updates on a daily basis, meeting the criteria of the DDF feed. This will also include how the images are grabbed and included in the data. We have already set up the data feeds from CREA. All documentation from CREA is available online or through us. We are a designated technology supplier with CREA. We will also require the creation of a search form that can search our database based on established criteria. Feed Summary The full NSP with all listings There is no limit in the number of images that can be pulled at once, but they are pulled individually for each listing so usually there are ~10-15 images Daily Incremental Data pull for last updates. Optional -- create a basic output page of data that we can then customize as per our client's requirements. -- Input for for auxiliary DB (manual input) to be added to the site Looking for php programmers that have had experience with this DDF feed and have successfully set this up for other clients. Proof of experience is expected with links to the online result. Payment will be made when this project is completed and is running smoothly.
