Load remote details file in HTML file without using event* -- 2

Please read full description before you bid!!! *I trying to include remote (PHP) file in html file but without using - Script/Object/Embed/FormAction/Event This script i going to use in eBay template currently i am using JavaScript to bring the details from remote server. Recently eBay announce they going to remove active content from description. which will be double job for me to change details on all listing. NO IMAGE SOLUTION - I can use image but some of the my details include HREF so it will not work for me. I even tried SVG file but its need <object> to load. What i want some how if can get details from server without using Script/Object/Embed/FormAction/Event that will be great - I have attached (php) file from server and HTML file.
