Looking for full time programmer to handle multiple responsibilities

Looking for a full time programmer to work 9am to 5pm eastern time USA - who is skilled in PHP, database programmer, general website programming who can also manage a server and who can contribute new ideas to help grow both my companies and his salary as well - looking for a team player who works we with others. The potential for growth is substantial if truly able to bring skills to increase revenues.
