Magneto shipping rates, Stripe, PayPal extensions eCommerce setup

I have default Magento site already installed. I need help setting up auto-calculated shipping rates in Real-time with Australia POST. The website will be selling goods to all international buyers located all over the world, so we want Australia POST shipping rates auto-calculated in real-time. All goods are shipped from Australia. I also need payment processing setup. Customer will buy goods on the Magento website using Stripe and PayPal. When customer pays online, For Stripe payments I DONT want the buyer to be re-directed to another site during payment because I want all payment process to be on the website by the buyer. Regarding PayPal, I know payPal does re-direct buyers to their PayPal site, But if you could keep that minimal and focus on making sure paypal payments are done on the website, then that would be great. Or the other option is you guide me to the best Australia POST extension to buy. I buy, it and I give you to setup and you make sure everything works 100%. I prefer the later option. You must be a hard working developer who fixes issues when they arise and understands Magento.
