PHP Mail Function to get logged in user info in WP & @Media Coding

Hello! The project is pretty simple and less than 15 minutes job for the skilled person. Just have to write a php mail function (we already have it written and it requires addition only) to include logged in user's information from database. Including IP Address, User Name, Email, Telephone, Address etc. This form will be implemented on a page on our site and an email is to be sent on page load whenever logged in user loads that page. We already have this functionality created. Just need the piece of code for the php mail function. We will provide you with the table name and fields in which the information is. You will just have to call the info to be sent via email. THIS IS ONE WORK. The other is to set @media-query for different levels. We already have the responsive css coding done that is required. Just need to get it right on all devices and zoom levels. PM for more!
