PHP order form fixes -- 2

1. 'Your Reference' In Image bug, should show all images attached. When going back from preview page, when you comeback the image goes away. Need to show images as uploaded (all are showing in pdf generated/sent and on final result page (after transaction completed/thankyoupage ) 2. Attachment limit to 10 mb. Should show message below field or should not allow 3. Show images for font selected on main page (all are showing in pdf generated/sent and on final result page (after transaction completed/thankyoupage ) 4. If few fields are left empty, on 3rd step to preview details, other fields are not showing, specially price and add on which was selected but now showing. If you fill complete form then they will show. 5. Print form data in email aswell (Only pdf is coming right now which is showing all fields as required, we want form details in email aswell) 6. Form Validation (need to set few of them, I will choose and select later so need to add validation on all fields. I will comment (/* */) which are not required. Form should not go to next step until field is populated. 7. Remove proceed to checkout button page or make page autoforward after few seconds, we can show gif on it 8. Error log creating errors due to validation, need to fix them. 9. Setup error page for transaction declined or unsuccessful 10.
