Web Based Speech to Text Converter for Marathi Language(India)

Hi I want to develop a web based software that can convert Speech into Text (normal ascent Marathi language). Marathi is the regional language of Maharashtra state in India. Should be able to convert any length of speech ( say continues speech of 1 hour) 3. Should possess proper punctuation marks placement in text. 4.
