WordPress Plugin using WooCommerce and ZenDesk

So, I want to have a page on my site that displays "Available Jobs". The Available Jobs page will display a list of "jobs" that are available for my members (only) to choose to do. (I will be using a members plugin) A job, is one task and only one person can be assigned to one job. So i want the user to click a button that says "accept job" and then removes that job from the list after displaying a message of "You have successfully accepted this job" How I anticipate the system to work; Jobs could be generated and displayed on the available jobs page from an api call either to zendesk ([login to view URL]) or woocommerce ([login to view URL]) once a customer (not a member) has purchased a job via the woocommerce site. I only require some basic fields to be displayed on the available jobs page from this order. For example; ticket name, line items, date, notes. Then, when a user clicks accept job, the job is removed from the list. I would like this to update the ticket status in Zendesk to "Pending", and add a comment in Zendesk with the username and email of the wordpress member who accepted the job. eg. John Smith - {"johns email address"} has accepted this job on Monday 3 August 2015, at 9:30pm So basically, display "open" tickets from Zendesk on the front end, and hide "pending" and solved" tickets after sending a bit of modification data back to the ticket. A check will need to happen so the user cannot accept more than one job at a time. I would like this check to be done on the wordpress side, not zendesks side as i am charged per agent and dont want to use their system to manage ticket assignment as it will become expensive. I think once the ticket is then changed to solved in zendesk, the users job restriction is cancelled and they can accept another new job. Styling - i would like the plugin to use a shortcode system that i can paste into a new page, and will use the existing theme styles. Please let me know if thats possible. I think thats about it? I have a lot more ideas regarding this job system, so I would like to hear suggestions from developers on how they think they can improve this system and I will compare those ideas to my own to find someone on the same page as me. Ideally I would like to work with someone again and again on continuing the modification of this plugin. Thanks in advance!
