We are planning on implementing an Employee of the Month Program for a company, therefore, we need to create a voting system/website or microsite for this purpose only with the aim to have all employees engaged in a simple mechanism to gather votes, compile and present the results in a fun and creative way. The system/website should answer some main questions from the voting (who voted, how many votes, how often people can vote, what is the voting criteria and finally the rewarding part). Please note that we are looking for a digitalized program which can help adidas to vote for the following category: - Best store manager, 190 persons will vote for 3 candidates, in each country - Best employee 40 persons in Lebanon will vote for 3 candidates, 20 persons in Jordan will vote for another 3 candidates Mechanism: - Build a website - More than one country in website, person chooses at beginning ( only Jordan and Lebanon) - Employees will need to create an account with a password to keep track of who voted to stop double voting. - After logging in they will instantly see the candidates that they can vote for. - They click on candidate, then confirm their vote. - Then they can see on the track their candidate (in an elf character as attached) has moved ahead of the other candidates - We can have a countdown as well that ends when voting is closed. - When the candidate with most votes reach the finish line he get a present that says employee of the year - Website will turn into a page showcasing results. - We would send a mass email to all users with the results.
