Hi, I am just placing this bid to give you some advice. Though I have not seen your website I can understand the problem you are facing. but because the third party tracking you are using on your website does not support API integration. or they might have API but you have not Integrated it. that is the reason why your customers are going on to shipping company website. To stop this you would have to talk to the shipping company and get the information if they provide API or not. If they don't provide then we can't do anything. But if they do provide then we can Integrate the API and resolve your issue. Thanks.
