Hello sir, I suggest to build the report system on web based. It will be hosted at IIS local server or internet hosting then you can access the report internet/intranet as well. I suggest to use ASP.Net MVC to build the front end of report system. C# to process excel files data then display report on UI by microsoft report (*.rdlc). I would create a small php app with ajax/html frontend. The process of parsing csv files can be automated (by sending it to specific email or uploading it via ftp) or you could manually upload it within web app. Once the csv is processed and stored in mysql database various reports can be done - in word, excel or pdf formats.
