Add Some Features in an Existing Journal App -- 2

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID I have a Journal App built in Core PHP which allows to enter Journal entries, country, some photos and one video of limited size, different costs etc. The job is divided into Two Parts. This is only Part I. If you can deliver satisfactory work as per the documents and within Budget, then I will award you Part II. I need to add some more features as per the attached Word document.
